Delivery, Returns & Refund Policy
We sell both digital and physical goods on our website. Our goods are broadly classified into three categories, viz Books, Merchandise and Audio. Our standard delivery times are as follows:
1. Books: Physical books have a delivery time of 7 working days from the date of order marked as completed. eBooks are digital goods and we provide instant delivery for it.
2. Merchandise: All the merchandise we sell has a delivery time of 7 working days from the date of order marked as completed.
3. Audio: The audio we sell are digital goods and we provide instant delivery for it.
The delivery time periods mentioned above are for the ideal situations. There may be situations beyond our control under which these timelines may extend or vary. We, under no circumstances, are responsible for paying any damages in such cases.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Further, only physical goods are eligible for returns. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error shall not be returned. Any item that is returned more than 1 day after delivery shall not be returned. Each return request shall be entertained on individual basis and return shall solely depend upon the merit of such case. We do not guarantee that we shall be able to provide return in all cases.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
